The owner provides the Services in good faith and will try to do everything in his power to ensure maximum compliance with positive regulations of the Republic of Croatia, protection of personal data, code of medical ethics and deontology of the Croatian Medical Chamber, Croatian Chamber of Pharmacists, Croatian Chamber of Nurses and other Chambers in healthcare, protection of the dignity of all persons, prohibition of discrimination, protection of copyright and other related rights and promotion of humane values, but cannot guarantee the accuracy, credibility and truthfulness of the data published on this platform, and in this sense, to the maximum extent permitted by law, excludes its responsibility for damage or any other type of injury that may arise from or in connection with the use of the Services, or by relying on information or other facts or opinions that may become available to you through the use of the site. By publishing any of your author's works on the platform, you transfer, free of charge, and without space or time limitations, to the Owner all the property rights of the author and other transferable rights, with the understanding that the Owner intends to use the rights thus acquired exclusively for the purpose of protecting human health and promoting health profession.
